Not only are we a metal-free practice, but we are also a mercury-safe practice. This means that we utilize the methods outlined in the Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique (SMART), which minimizes mercury exposure during treatment.

Moderate to severe decay is often treated with a ceramic onlay or a dental crown. This custom restoration fits over a portion of or the entire tooth to provide strength and protection. In holistic dentistry, we create metal-free crowns made from biocompatible materials.

Bridges are used to replace a row of missing teeth. Like our crowns, these restorations are made with metal-free materials to promote optimal oral health.

Occasionally, a tooth is too decayed or damaged to treat successfully. In these cases, removing the tooth may be the best option. • PRF therapy: Platelet-rich fibrin is obtained from the patient’s blood. This living biomaterial is placed at the surgical site to promote tissue healing and regeneration.
• Ozone therapy: We routinely use ozone gas, which helps eliminate oral bacteria and initiate healing.
• Laser therapy: Following extractions, our dentists use a special laser to sterilize the socket. This also helps reduce postoperative bleeding.

SureSmile can correct most of the same orthodontic issues as traditional braces, and the treatment length is about the same. These aligners are an excellent option for teen and adult patients who want to straighten their teeth without wearing metal braces.
